This policy applies to all trading education products and programs sold by Pure Logic Society Ltd. under the DowHow Trading brand, including digital courses, memberships, and live coaching and webinars.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days — but this right ends once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, where you have expressly agreed to immediate access. Please read the conditions below carefully before purchasing.
14-Day Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the contract has not yet been performed.
For digital products, "performance" means that delivery or access to the content has begun. By completing your purchase and choosing immediate access, you expressly consent to the contract being performed before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once access has started.
Digital Courses & Materials
Once you have been granted access to a digital course, video library, or downloadable material, the product is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
If you have not yet accessed the content and are still within the 14-day window, you may request a full refund.
Memberships & Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; payments already made for the current period are not refunded once the period has begun and content has been accessed.
The initial purchase is subject to the same 14-day cancellation terms described above.
Live Coaching & Webinars
Bookings for live coaching sessions or webinars may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the scheduled date.
Within 14 days of the session, or once a session has taken place, the booking is non-refundable. Where a session is rescheduled by us, you may choose a refund or a transfer to the new date.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or charges made in error are refunded in full upon verification, regardless of the conditions above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible order, contact us at support@purelogicsociety.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for purchases made through ClickFunnels are returned via the same payment channel used at checkout.

Our products provide trading education only. They do not constitute financial advice, and no specific results or profits are guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes is not a basis for a refund outside the conditions stated in this policy.
